This quaint little pink Chattel House will fit into any 16m x 16m parcel. If you need to save on prims, you can strip away the verandah and its roof (13 prims) without affecting the house. The whole shebang is fully-mod, so if you’re really prim-conscious, a further nine prims can be saved by removing the window frames and bars and re-texturing the window pane with a window texture.
